Testing to see the effect of the Bread lowering Blood Glucose Level.
We used Type 1 Diabetic  to do the testing: Type 1 do not produce
body insulin to effect the reading.


We started to measure after 13 hours of taking his daily insulin.
(measurement had been done in time, when his insulin had less effect on the testing).

We used serving size of 120 grams 3 cubes slice (apx.4 ounce)of our bread.

               We received the readings from the Glucometer:

                218mg/dl is the maximum reading after 120 min, rise of 52 points from the starting point, you can see that after 180 min our Bread start to lower the Sugor level substaintialy down to 121 . It takes couple of hours until digesting the fo0d, than active ingredients start to lower the Blo0d Sugiar Level.

Type-2 Diabetics has even better results, because them body produce insulin to ad too, it will help the reading. Each Diabetcs can have somewhat diffrent results but very close reading. We tested many diabetcs the all had between 35-65 point rise with our bread, and decrease of blood glucose level of 60-140 points.

You can eat our bread with any fo0d to help lower the Sogar Level.
